Princess Caroline Wears Celine to Attend a Fundraising Dinner!

Last night, Princess Caroline along with Prince Albert and Charlote Casiraghi attended a fundraising dinner for the New National Museum at Villa Paloma.

For the occasion, Princess Caroline wore a Celine Spring 2013 black sleeveless dress with a sparkly shawl. The dress features shredded details and a pleated flowy skirt. Caroline paired her LBD with a black Bottega Veneta Knot clutch, orange earrings, two medieval ages torture devices cuffs (they're actually made of champagne bottle tops) and a diamond and ruby ring.

Celine Spring 2013.
Caroline de Monaco had her hair pulled back with a slight bouffant and her makeup simple with red lipstick.

Charlotte looked beautiful in a black lace and sequin dress (designer unknown) and black pumps. She kept her makeup soft with a bright pink lipstick, tassel earrings finished the look!

Back to Caroline (I wanted to give you time before that), she wore THAT!

Completing the runway look, Caro chose to wear those feet tromp l'oeil pumps from Celine.

This choice of footwear leaves me with a raised eyebrow, I honestly think that this pair is both creepy and scary (with the model's skin tone, they look like her own feet!), but then again, it might be a fashion statement that's beyond my understanding!

So what do you think of these Celine pumps of Princess Caroline? Fashion Forward or Fashion Faux-pas?

Worn in Week: Princess Charlene Wears Stella McCartney and Max Mara!

Yes, just like you read it, we have two new designer added to the list. But let's start from the beginning!

On August, 17 Prince Albert and Princess Charlene arrived in Norway for the 50th birthday, they both were dressed casually as they played some sports.

Later that night, the couple changed to their semi-formal evening attires to attend the evening celebrations. Charlene wore a repeated black Max Mara jumpsuit paired with a black clutch, a leopard shawl and her Walter Steiger black pumps.

The jumpsuit was first worn at the graduation ceremony of the International School of Monaco this year, I thought it was Akris back then but when they confirmed that they did not design it I had to search and it turned out to be the jumpsuit seen below.

Nina Doberv wore it in red as did the model above, Char's version seems to be a bit more satin-ish but many celebs have worn this jumpsuit and it seems to vary from one another. I like the new cuff Char paired it with, but I'm not sure if the jumpsuit is flattering on Charlene's physique!
On a different note: I think this jumpsuit is Max Mara too.

The couple arrived in Paroldo the next day where Prince Albert was made a "Honorary Citizen of Paroldo". Charlene repeated the shawl, the clutch and the cuff with a different suit/jumpsuit that she apparently didn't feel very good about as she covered it with the shawl the whole day, shouldn't she have covered those sandals, too?

Although I think it looks cute with the burgundy shawl (reminds me of Maxima for some reason), I think there was a wardrobe malfunction, I don't believe she'd normally go for an outfit like this (maybe I'm in denial?).

On September 1, the princess arrived in Saint Geours de Maremne in southwestern France for one of her Learn to Swim activities. Char wore a RED Nike jacket, a white a polo and a pair of pale blue jeans.

She later changed to that swimming thing for some much=appreciated cuteness with kids.

Later that week on the 5th of September, Charlene joined Albert in front of the Palace to play a match for the Masters of Petanque (Albert won).

And finally, earlier today (7th of September) Princesse Charlene de Monaco attended the Finales of the Monaco Petanque Masters 2013 with Melanie de Massey.

Charlene wore this new dress.

The illusion dress features two very strong trends this summer; the monochrome black and white mix and color blocking. The dress comes from the latest collection of Stella McCartney, and while I don't remember seeing Charlene wearing Stella since her wedding, Char said in 2010 that she'd like to see Stella open a store in Monaco.

You can shop this knee-length dress online from HERE for $795. It's described as:
  • Bi colour form fitting compact jersey dress.
  • Concealed back zip closure and knee length.
And is made of: 84% Viscose, 11% Nylon, 5% Elastane.

Charlene von Monaco kept her makeup simple with pale pink lipstick and eye shadow/ That's a perfect look, j'adore!

What do you think of Charlene looks? Which is your favorite?

Prince Mohammed Ali and Princess Noal Wedding!

The wedding of Prince Mohammed Ali and Princess Noal happened, the release of official pictures of the event did not happen! So we'll just go with the bad quality pictures we have (a lot).

On Thursday, the 29th of August, the couple were married in a private ceremony in the house of Princess Tilsim of Liechtenstein (she's a distant member of the House of Mohammed Ali, the Egyptian royal house). There are no photos of that event!

The next day there was a dinner banquet at Çırağın Palace Hotel.

The bride wore a white, off-the-shoulder embroidered gown with 3/4 sleeves. Many of you think it's Elie Saab but it's not confirmed and honestly, that's Turkey, embroidery is their game over there, even Maxima's Natan skirt for the abdication of Queen Beatrix was made from a piece of fabric purchased in Turkey! Bottom lime: I think it's a local Turkish designer, I also believe that Noal wore a small tiara, it can be spotted in some pictures, but whether it's real/fake, new/old is unknown!
King Fouad wore the order of AlKamal and the collar of Mobammed Ali (I guess they actually belonged to his father, King farouk).

250 guests came from all over the world to attend the wedding, among them were:

Yasmine Shaarawi, the daughter of the late Princess Feryal Farouk and her husband Ali Shaarawi

Ali Orlov, the son of Princess Fadia Farouk (far left)
Grand Duchess Maria Vladmirovna of Russia (left in a blue gown and a kokoshnik tiara!)

And Naturally Princess Tilsim (Thanks to Luxurazzi and Sydney Luxurazzi for the spot)

Prince Paul of Roumania and Princess Lia of Roumania
also in attendance were Princess Lalla Hasnaa of Morocco (sister of King Mohammed), Prince Philip an Princess Isabelle of Lichtenstein, Prince Rudolf (their son and Tilsim's husband), Crown Prince Leka of Albania and Prncess Marie-Gabriel of Italy.

Princess Fawzia Latifa attended (but wasn't pictured), Fadila did not attend. Luckily Prince Fakhr ElDin was pictured!

Not his best picture, but anyway!

On saturday, the 31st of August, Princess Fatima Zahir (mother of the bride) hosted a brunch in the same hotel (I guess) where the royal couple got their heads covered for a while with a white and yellow piece of fabric for some reason!

And for some other reason, the bride decided to tie that fabric around her waist!

I like the dress and the Peter Pan collar!

Princess fawiza Latifa posed in her black and white dress while Fakhr ElDin looked curiously in that gift offered by someone to the bridal couple! (Not a tiara, sadly)

Below, we see king Fouad with Princess Lalla Hasnaa and an unidentified guest (with an awesome hat).

The next day, the king hosted a cruise on the Bosporus in honor of his son and new daughter-in-law.

The bride wore a casual white dress with 1/2 bell sleeves and details in the hemline.

And their royal highnesses danced! Love Fawzia's braid!

What do you think of Princess Noal's wedding dress?
