Princess Charlene's Wears Dior to Gareth Wittstock's Wedding

Earlier this month, Prince Albert and Princess Charlene attended the wedding of Charlene's younger brother, Gareth Wittstock to his longtime girlfriend, Roisin Galvin who wore a beautiful Pronovias gown.

Princess Charlene in Dior Gareth Wittstock Wedding 2015 Princess Charlene wore a modified version of a dress that's been seen twice before.

The gown first appeared (with Graff waterfall earrings) in 2011 at Yorkshire Variety Club's Golden Jubilee Ball (left) then in Germany in 2012 for an official dinner hosted by president Joachim Glauck. The dress was identified in 2012 as Dior and so was the dove grey clutch Charlene carried that night.

There is that particular photo in Germany in which the partner of the president, Daniela Schadt steps on the train of Charlene's gown, perhaps that's why the Princess of Monaco decided to get the frock reworked?

Princess Charlene Graff Diamonds necklace

Back to the wedding: Charlene wore silver Chaos Cuff sandals by Manolo Blahnik which you can buy from HERE. The earrings and necklace were confirmed to be Graff Diamonds, though no further information or photos of them were provided and, of course, whether they're a a loan or the property of the princess. But honestly all I care about is that Charlene has provided so much bling in one night!

Give me the gown version of this number, the necklace, the earrings and a new diamond tiara and you'll have me swearing that I've died and gone to heaven. This is not the first Dior dress that Charlene has played with. Stay tuned to know about the other one ;)

Dress of the Day: CAPUCCI Dress

I ran into this dress by Capucci on Luisa Via Roma a few days ago and I haven't closed the tab on my browser since. The array of colours is just too beautiful!

CAPUCCI OVERLAPPING PLISSÉ ORGANZA MINI DRESS

This is a one of a kind overlapping plissé organza mini dress. Cinzia Minghetti, Capucci's designer, designed a small collection exclusively for Luisa Via Roma with only one piece of each model which explains the €6470 price tag!

Who Wore Haider Ackerman Better: Princess Charlene or Tilda Swinton?

Back in July, both the Princess of Monaco and Tilda Swinton wore the same Haider Ackerman jumpsuit.

Princess Charlene wore this jumpsuit to pose for Paris Match while Tilda wore it to the New York premiere of Trainwreck.

Since the photo of Princess Charlene is clearly edited, I can't make a decision as to whom I prefer in this lovely jumpsuit. So the decision is all yours this time, too.

Who Wore Valentino Better, Princess Charlene or Queen Maxima?

Another fashion face-off for the red Valentino jumpsuit Princess Charlene wore for the Red Cross Ball last month.
Queen Maxima Princess Charlene Valentino red jumpsuit
This time it's Queen Maxima who donned the frock to attend the opening of the new season of the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra in Amsterdam.

Valentino red jumpsuit

I have to hand it to Charlene this time, too. The jumpsuit needed simple earrings and accessories in a different colour, that Char delivered. But it's the bow that sells this outfit on Charlene to me. Maxima on the other hand chose matchy-matchy shoes and clutch and dangling (man are they gorgeous!) earrings that looked rather messy with her hair. But still, the choice is yours. So do tell me...

Shoe Saturday: Salvatore Ferragamo Sculptural Heel Sandals

I'm totally in love with this pair of sandals from Salvatore Ferragamo.
Salvatore Ferragamo black gold and silver Heel Sandals
They're just perfect for a night out this fall. They're screaming Crown Princess Victoria to me, but they would turn any of Charlene's all-black frocks into an interesting, avant-garde ensemble. They're available on Salvatore Ferragamo website for $1,950.

Would you wear them?

Princess Charlene in Christian Dior Couture for the Princess Grace Awards 2015 in Monaco

The spotlight was on Monaco once again this year for an amazing bash at the Palais Princier as the Princess Grace Awards Ceremony was held there for the first time ever (at the request of the Princess of Monaco).

Robert Redford, the legendary actor attended the ceremony to receive an award from the Princely couple.

For the grand occasion, Princess Charlene brought back the glamor to Monaco with this beaded Christian Dior Fall 2015 Couture gown. All those red hearts/flowers are actually tiny beads and sequins resting on a black bed of (guess what) beads.
Dior Couture 2015 fall gown Princess Charlene

The gown wasn't changed much for Charlene from the runway, just the neckline didn't have that third opening thingy, and I guess the back is the same. Backless frocks are Charlene's go-to style now.

I find this photo very dramatic, very French-chic, very serene... Now in the jewelry department...

Princess Charlene in Graff diamond and Ruby Earrings

A new pair of earrings for our dear Char. This time from Graff Diamonds. The earrings come from the Bomb collection and contrary to what some websites are saying, they're made of diamonds and rubies (not pink diamonds).

Given the values of the other Graff earrings Char has worn, these ones would probably cost in the range from $200,00 to $700,00.

This outfit is a total win for me, It's very glamorous, yet true to Charlene's identity and style. May I also point out that each outfit comes with a new piece of jewelry that fits it perfectly? I mean, the other Graff ruby earrings she wore earlier this summer wouldn't have achieved that look with this gown. Thumbs up for Char all the way!

Do you like this look as much as I do?

Who Wore Alexander McQueen Better, Princess Stephanie or Princess Iman?

Princess Iman of Jordan has been stepping out to the limelight recently, accompanying her mum, Queen Rania, to several events. One of the latest ones is the MEDEF Summer University Conference in Paris. Queen Rania was dressed in a Givenchy dress, Louis Vuitton bag and Dior earrings and gave a speech.

Princess Iman wore a version of the Contrast Corset 1/2 Circle dress by Alexander McQueen, a dress that we've previously seen on Princess Stephanie of Monaco.

Princess Stephanie paired her dress with a Balenciaga Mini City bag and flats. Iman on the other hand opted for a cardigan (understandable since the dress is sleeveless), a beige clutch and a pair of Sergio Rossi Puzzle Caged sandals that I'm sure most girls would die for.

I really like Iman's outfit, it's classy and appropriate for an Arabian Princess, I think I'll have another royal to put on the radar. But I also like how Stephanie looks in the dress (I choose to ignore the fact that it's a tad too short), I mean this is one of Stephanie's best. Plus, blue is one of my two favorite colors (you guess the other one!).

So I'm leaving in this your hands to decide...

Dress of the Day: Shay's Couture

A few months back, I attended Cairo Couture Collections, the fashion event (organized by Fashion Zone) that included so many of Egypt's and MENA's up and coming fashion designers. Now, months later, I'm still enchanted by the beauty of this wedding gown from Shay's Couture.

Simple design? Yes, but the dress is so majestic, so light and breezy it felt like a cloud of grace. I keep on imagining it in powder pink worn by Princess Victoria for the Nobel Prize.

It's dresses like this that make me really excited for season two of Cairo Couture Collections in October.

Do you like this dress as much as I do?

Who Wore Valentino Better, Princess Charlene or Julia Roberts?

Who doesn't like a fashion face-off? This time it's between the Princess of Monaco and the legendary, Julia Robets. Julia has worn the jumpsuit first in 2014 to the Creative Arts Emmy Awards. Charlene wore it last month to the Red Cross Ball in Monaco.

I really like how Julia paired it with the black clutch and wavy tresses, but I have to hand it to Charlene here for turning the scarf into an ultra-feminine bow on the shoulder, the better fit and the huge Cartier cuff, for sure. But now it's time for your opinion!
